She spent three years at Wise, first supporting customers on large cross-border transfers, then as an AML investigator running complex investigations into suspicious transactions and financial crime patterns. That background shaped how she reads financial products: she looks for the fee that only appears on page four and the condition that quietly cancels the headline rate.

At GetRates.ch she reviews articles before publication, checking rates, fees and product conditions against the providers' own documentation and flagging anything that reads better than it actually is.
